Little Witley Village Hall can be hired on an hourly basis. Half an hour either side of a booked time is free to allow for setting up & clearing away.
The following facilities or combinations can be hired on this basis
- Main Hall (including use of kitchen equipment and kitchen facilities) = £11/hour
- Main Hall as above and use of Small Meeting Room = £15.50/hour
- Small Meeting Room only = £5.50/hour
- Staffed Bar = £55/4 hour period or part thereof
- If a Temporary Event Licence is required for the event = approximately £25/event https://www.malvernhills.gov.uk/licensing/alcohol-and-entertainment/temporary-event-notices
- Car park only (for walking groups, caravan rallies etc.) – £2/car
- Wedding Hire – To include exclusive use for 48 hours of the whole Hall, catering quipment and facilities, glassware and ice machine , car park and agreement to errect a suitable marquee for the event = £550 (NB if a Pay Bar is planned then the appropriate fee(s) will be extra)
Some hirers regularly hire the Hall on a weekly basis. If you are a new weekly hirer and you have done this satisfactorily for several weeks, we will consider a 10% discount on standard hire charges to recognise the regular income and reduced administration work to ourselves.
- Main Hall £10/hour
- Small meeting room alone £4.95/hour
- Both hall and small meeting room £14.95/hour
Please note: Alcohol may be served by a hirer to guests but must not under any circumstances be sold to guests. If a Pay Bar is required then the Staffed Bar fee will be payable as well as a Temporary Event Licence. In these circumstances alcohol will be supplied by the Village Hall and takings for sales retained by the Village Hall. Prices at the Village Hall Bar are generally well below commercial rates.
Use of the Village Hall upright piano may also be arranged – please enquire

NB No animals are allowed in the Viilage Hall unless they are trained assistance dogs eg guide dogs or dogs formally trained by a recognised organisation who train assistance dogs.
